Designed and taught microcomputer courses for Special Education Masters degree program at University of Hawaii College of Education - 1983 through 1990.

Assisted in the creation of Aloha Special Technology Access Center, Hawaii's affiliate in the multi-center Alliance for Technology Access. Served as first vice-president.
