Look for New Q. and A.s to be Added Periodically

Question: I have the new Windows Version of Dr. Peet's TalkWriter
and I can't find it on my start menu.
Answer: Look for "WinTalkWriter" under Programs.

Question: I get an error message when I try to open TalkWriter for the
                 first time.
Answer: Uninstall and reinstall the software, then restart your computer.
Make sure to start the program from the start menu as the
previous question states, and start the program 3 times is
necessary.  Once you have done this, you shouldn't have any more
trouble.  Some of the newer machines have an issue with this.

Question: How does Dr. Peet's TalkWriter for Windows keep my
                 child off the internet?
Answer: When a child uses the E-mail Wizard and "Sends" their
message, it simply goes to a file in the Guide Menu for the adult
who is assisting the child to screen and send from there.  Also,
only the adult can access the Guide Menu and receive messages
                as well.
