While the first three
activities in ABC Discovery focus on letter recognition and
beginning keyboarding, the fourth activity, Write Words,
encourages learners to discover the phonics of their favorite
words just by typing the letters for their favorite animal or
toy. They hear each letter as they type and when they press
the spacebar, they hear their word spoken. Soon they are
writing and spell-checking letters like this one to Mom.
